Internet Explorer navigation issue

I think I used to also be able to right click on the top menu bar items, home, sales etc , and choose ‘open in new tab’ but this doesn’t work now

Have you tried using the middle mouse button (most often the scroll wheel, which will depress as a button) as the IE/windows default setting for this is to open in a new tab?

Thanks Alex! - holding down 'Ctrl' and left clicking should also open in a new tab.
