Exported transaction report missing CIS labour costs

I tried to do a transactional report on my Purbrook project. When I filter just cost of sales it is fine and also the pdf is fine but when i export to csv it drops off the CIS labour costs which are in Cost of Sales Codes. I need it in csv to be able to work on.
