Mass Update Paypal incorrect VAT

Created lookup rule to mass update lots of same Paypal transactions.

EXPECTED

Revenue = £15 VAT = £2.50 Paypal fee = £0.56

ACTUAL

Revenue = £15 VAT = £2.39 Paypal fee is deducted but not accounted for

Note: works ok when doing manual one by one but we have hundreds of same transaction
