PROBLEM WITH VAT RETURN

Good Morning

I am attempting our first VAT return on Clear Books for the period 1 Oct - 31 Dec 16. I believe I have setup our system correctly to calculate VAT on the standard VAT not cash accounting, but I notice when I run my VAT return it does not appear to have picked up all of our sales invoices.

For example when I click on Box 1 to view the invoices, Invoice 2, 4, 6 and more are not listed.

Please can you advise ?
