Default settings disappearing

Hi,

When selecting a supplier within 'Create Bill' there seems to be a bug with the default settings. If I scroll through the suppliers and select one every thing is fine. However if I search for the supplier and then select, the default settings come through, but as soon as I select another section they disappear. See below screencast.

Thanks for linking the video of the issue.

This is an issue that our development team are looking into at the moment. Hopefully the fix will go live shortly but I will let you know as soon as I have any further information.

Hi Peter,

The issue affecting the invoice due date and the account code defaults has now been reported as resolved by our technical team. Things should now be operating as normal again, but please do let me know if you are still experiencing any problems and I will ask the team to investigate again.
