Email signature - broken image link

The image in my email signature is no longer working and appears as a broken link. When I try to re-upload the url for the image, nothing happens. Can this be resolved?

I have just raised this with the technical team to investigate and will keep you updated here.

Hi Julie,

Our technical team have advised us that the security of our application is preventing you from viewing your image. This is because it is not being served over a secure SSL connection. After security was tightened images now have to be provided using a secured link (https).

They also advised that whilst Clear Books will refuse to display non-secure content, the image may still show up in emails sent to your clients; depending on their email provider security policies.

To allow you to see the image within our system again, they have suggested that you speak to your website hosting provider about the upgrading the security of your website to include SSL. Alternatively, there are free https image hosting services but we would advise caution when using any of these and would be done so at your own discretion.
