I have reconciled imported transactions as transfers to a loan account but they do not show up in the loan account's transactions

Hi, any thoughts would be gratefully received as I am new to Clearbooks. I have reconciled two imported transactions as transfers to a loan account but although they show up in the account they were transferred from they do not show up in the transactions of the loan account they were sent to... What do I need to check for to resolve this?

Thanks Richard. I will do that in future. The reason the items weren't turning up in the account was because I was sending them to the account as a supplier rather than doing a bank transaction....
