Cannot select VAT rates in bills

When I go to generate bills (or edit existing bills), if the invoice date is prior to 01/02/2017 I am not presented with the dropdown with the various VAT options. I registered for VAT with the effective start date 01/01/2017.

Hi Theo - it might be best to send in an email to support (via the ? icon) so that they can log into your accounts to see what's happening.
