Invalid Permissions

Hello - today I logged into ClearBooks and clicked on Money > Bank Accounts. The system responded with an error message of "Invalid Permissions".

Can you please explain why this is the case?

Hi Theo,

It looks like there is a subscription issue of some sort.

As your account is managed by your accountant you will need to contact them to get the issue resolved.

In the meantime, I have put your account on override to restore your access.
