Import a statement

I'm trying to import a statement using a csv file. I've done it many times before but for some reason this file won't load. Do you have any suggestions?

I have had this issue. I went back and started again and after numerous attempts it finally worked. You might also have to remove your preset info and re-input it.
Always best to email them to support@ so they can check and say what's going wrong
