Trying to plough through hundreds of entries on bank statements and some work fine whilst others generate a "Whoops something went wrong " screen. It says that you have been informed of this but wondered if there is something happening at this end that I need to deal with?

If anyone else was having this problem all I can say is good luck! I've given up and gone about the task in a different way.

Sorry no one has got back to you on this Andrew, A whoops error while explaining transactions could be due to a problem with the dates (it won't be possible to explain any transactions prior to the first VAT scheme/reporting period). Can you email support@clearbooks.co.uk with an example so we can investigate further?
