Not Able to Ante date the Bill Entry

Hi,

I have an admin access to Nearbuy Benelux BV Account in clearbooks.

However, I dont know why I cannot enter a bill ante date, please see screen shot and let me know how to fix this.

Hi Cecille,

Could you clarify what you mean by ante date please? The screenshot didn't seem to come through, it would be best to email this to contact support to avoid sharing personal information with the community.

Hi Tommy,

When I logged a bill, I was suppose to accrue it on August but, the system is not allowing me.

If you could see the screen shot, it would say NANANANA.

Please let me know if you have further clarification.

Ah, the screenshot is working now. I have looked into this, it seems that this will occur when you translate the page:

If you would like to view the page in English, I suggest using the feature at the bottom of the page, this would then prevent the error when inputting an accrual date:
