Issue regarding Delay in transactions updated in Management Accounts

Hey, I am facing issues like while preparing management accounts of clients whenever i made any changes to transactions in P & L or balance sheet then its effect took place in the management report after waiting for hours even if i extract the P & L report its changed their but not in Management accounts which waste lots of my time. So can you please resolve this issue so that i can take management reports from system on timely manner.
