VAT Box 5

A client has run a VAT return which has no BOX 5 showing on the draft return. However when I run the same return BOX 5 is included - is this a configuration issue? and how do I fix it?

Hi Gordon,

That is strange - could you please email in the client's company name to contact support so that I can look into this further?
