Trust In Leigh - switch to monthly payments

Hi

The credit card used by a previous Trustee of our charity is no longer valid and access to the account has (rightly) been suspended.

I would like to move to a monthly payment however the message suggest's we can only have one payment method, which is confusing as the other three companies are all on monthly payment schemes.

Could you please advise how to address?

Hi Les,

I have removed the screenshots to avoid sharing sensitive information with the public. I will forward this onto our developers to resolve this issue and will update you as soon as this is completed.

Thank you for your patience, our developers have now resolved this issue, you should be able to select a monthly plan going forward.
