Problem while importing Bank statements in CSV

Hey, I am having problem while importing Bank statements in CSV into Clearbooks for client. Even though previously it was imported successfully but now its just messed up and wasting my time. Can you please have a look on it Even as there is no Bank import rule created but its still importing it in a totally wrong way. I also tried to download Sample provided by clearbooks and imported in that way but then again its show like bellow screen shot. Please resolve this problem ASAP.

I have removed the business name and screenshot from your post for data protection.

Will you please raise a ticket for this issue, providing more details as I cannot see what is wrong here? You can do this by sending an email to contact support .

Hi Sabica - you are better off sending the CSV you were trying to import in a support message, via the ? top right of the accounting screen.
