Duplicate transaction imported

Hiya,

We have 2 accounts set up and on both we have had an automatic import from bank statements on 3rd of Jan with transactions that has already been imported previously.

Please could you clarify what steps should we take?

Hi Miles,

I've taken a look, it appears that Yodlee has duplicated transactions for Nov - Dec. In this case, you should first explain all the transactions except for the duplicates.

Once this is done, to remove the unexplained duplicated transactions, you should head to Money > Bank Statements > History > Click Explain for the relevant statement > Click on the Narrow Results link at the top of the statement > Select a minimum and maximum date - any unexplained transactions outside of this date range will be deleted.

In the meantime, I will forward this onto Yodlee's customer care team to investigate and will email you any updates.

Yodlee has made the necessary changes, could you please refresh the bank feed and double check if the duplicates have been removed please?
