Attachments in Bills - 'Page not Found Error'

I am not able to attach files to bills, I just get a 'page not found contact support' error when I click the 'Manage attachments' link. I have tried from several different browsers, but I have had this problem for most of the day today. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

That should not happen. Are you able to send in your account name to contact support so that I can investigate please?
