Purchase order function disappeared

Hi I has been using the p o for the last few months and all of a sudden this function has disappeared. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi Clodius,
Due to popular demand, we have recently allowed our users to toggle this feature on or off. To enable this feature, please head to Settings > Configure System > Toggle Features > Features > Purchase Orders.
