Cant apply VAT on po

Hi I cant apply VAT on PO as I'm trying to create PO. Could you please advice?

even when i tried to but vat on supplier or item or account no showing in vat column.
Hi Azim,
I have taken a look at your account, in this case, to enable VAT rates for purchases, please head to Settings > Organisation > Details & Tax > Tax > Manage VAT schemes > Click Customisable in the VAT rate column > Tick Show in Purchases for the relevant VAT rates, please see the example:
