CSV Import

How can we import data in CSV Import? What is the proper format needed? When we are trying to upload our data some character changes.

Hi Keith,
Please go to Tools> Import> Overview> CSV import and select whichever item type that you are trying to import. On the next page, you will find a table that shows you the required fields for the spreadsheet file that you will import. They need to be the column headings.
Make sure not to include any punctuation that is unnecessary (e.g. question marks) and to put only information in a column specific to it's heading as deviation may cause problems when uploading.

From that screenshot, it is highly likely that you have configured the data in your spreadsheet incorrectly.
Please will you email contact support with the spreadsheet attached and confirm that you are indeed trying to import Sales invoices?
