Bank import blank row issue

When importing a bank statement, a row of commas should not be imported as a blank row, but should be skipped altogether.

Hi Martin,

Sorry that this issue was not picked up on earlier. Is this still causing you issues? I think putting 'Ignore' in the box should solve this.
