I have started the subscription for my company (ESANA SDN BHD) using the 50% off for 6 months. Today I can't find it in my list of company. Kindly advise me please

I have found an account registered to your email address with the same name - this was closed on the 4th November so I have re-opened it. However, it was opened on the 3rd August - so I'm not sure this is the right account. When you registered your account, did you use the buy it now button?
