hi im new to all this, started my business as self employed with no employees, back in August 2018. my question is when do i start my invoices back to number one? now as its the end of the tax year or this August once the business has been running for a year? And if its now does that start from the end of March or end of April please? Thanks Sam.

I can confirm for you that invoicing numbers don't reset at the start of a new tax year. You will simply continue on with your previous numbering. I hope that helps.

do i need to do anything at all then? wanting to send out invoices today but im holding off preparing them as i dont want to make any mistakes.
