Create Timesheet - Not showing Tasks assigned to the selected project

This was working correctly up until this week. When I add a Timesheet entry I set the client, Project then when selecting Tasks it doesn't show a task which is assigned to that project. It is listed at the end of "Assigned to other projects" but because the name of the task is not specifically named for the project it makes it a risk for selecting the wrong item.
If you look at the Tools > Projects >Tasks settings it is still correctly linked to the Project. Something appears to have been broken in a recent change.
