Timesheet - usability decrease

Problem reported by David Foster 6 years ago

We use the timesheet function to collect how many hours our employees work on each project. Weekly view is the most most convenient way to enter the data - whether people do it daily or once per week. The recent change to the look of this page has reduced usability, as every refresh or update hides all the data and you need to click on the "hourly" pulldown to expand and reshow the data. This makes it much slower. It used to remember the setting (whether expanded or contracted) from one use to the next. Please can we go back to this?

Hi David,

Thank you for the post. Sorry to see this is happening. I have looked and I can tell you these changes are not intended. I have referred this to your technical team to look (they agree). As such the timesheet feature will be back to it's lovely, efficient self in no time. Thank you for flagging this to us.

All the best,

Mohamed.

All sorted now. Thanks for doing it so quickly.

Hi David,

You're more than welcome!

All the best,

Mohamed.
