Clearbooks working out my flat rate VAT return incorrectly

Is there anywhere that I should be putting 9.5% flat rate VAT other than in the Manage VAT schemes section? The dashboard is showing the incorrect amount of VAT owed for my return.

The VAT scheme needs to be set up with the 9.5% flat rate:
