Yodlee didn't pull all the data from my bank

Hi,

I recently refreshed my bank statements using Yodlee, all seemed to work fine but I realised I'm missing half a statement. The last time I refreshed was on the 13th Dec 2019 (everything worked fine), I recently refreshed and Yodlee pulled data from 2nd Jan 2020 rather than from 14th Dec so I'm missing ins and outs from the 14th Dec through to the 2nd Jan?

Is there anyway to fix this or do i need to manually import the statement?

Hi Sam,

I do apologise for the inconvenience. I believe you will need to use a CSV import on this case, but if this happens again we can definitely raise this with Yodlee for you. I'm not sure what the reason would be for the failure. If you raise a ticket with us via support@clearbooks.co.uk we can look into it further.
