Hi,

I have connected bank feeds through new plaid and disconnected yodlee, but since I did this on Monday my bank feeds on clearbooks haven't updated. There isn't even a refresh option,

Please advise.

Hi Jodie,

The new bank feeds are updated automatically 4 times a day now. If the current feed is not refreshing, it may be because you attempted to re-authenticate the feed more than once (we will hide the re-authenticate button in the near future once completed once).

In this case, would you be able to delete and re-add the feed? Please let me know if this resolves the issue?

I am trying to connect to the co op business bank through plaid but it only seems to have the capability to sign in to the co op personal banking site? Can I connect to the business banking?

Hi Justin,

We are currently waiting for Co-Op to release/ refine their Open Banking API for their Business accounts. As soon as this has been released, our new Bank Feed provider will be able provide a feed for Co-Op Business accounts.
