Yodlee Bank Feed - Cannot connect to HSBC Business Bank

I am experiencing a re-occuring issue with Yodlee again. Currently there is no way to connect our business bank account. This is not an issue with authetication as all our security info is correct. I have tried deleting and re-instating the feed. It seems there is a Yodlee issue every couple of months as preseent and it's very frustrating.

According to the error message, there are "no accounts which can be shared with Plaid Financial Ltd"

Hi Harry,

I am afraid this is related to an Open banking API issue that HSBC is aware of and working towards fixing. I'm afraid in the meantime I would suggest using our CSV import function until this is resolved.
