Lloyds Plaid

I have 4 companies on clearbook and cant set this up. its ruining my life right now.
i have reconnected and chose the correct acccount through lloyds business banking.... check lloyds admin section under sharing and i can see these accounts are sharing by plain.... then i check the connection screen and it says incorrect user authentication and its still stuck on: you have been logged out of lloyds and reconnecting to plaid.... 1 hr now..
its not incorrect as i selected the accounts and returned back to clearbooks... and i had to put in card reader passcodes to get the list.
