unable to link HSBC bank account

Hi, I am unable to link my HSBC business account to Clearbooks. I have followed the steps for linking the bank account after Yodlee has changed. It gives and error message that it was unable to link. any advice? Thanks

I am afraid this is related to an Open banking API issue that HSBC is aware of and working towards fixing. I'm afraid for the moment I would suggest using our CSV import function until this is resolved.
