Starling Bank Account Transaction Import Paused on Past Date

Hi Clearbooks

My bank statements on one of my accounts have paused importing, the last import was 9th November and I have multiple transactions that have happened since.

I've tried re-authenticating the account several times.

I would delete the subscription but I'm worried it would lose my past transaction explanations.

Is there anyway to get the system to realise I have more transactions and for it to import them?

It's not an issue on my other user, so must be something holding it up

Hi Ali,

In this case, would you be able to delete and re-add the bank feed and let me know if the problem persists?
