My Starling bank feed still doesn't feed in up to the advertised 4x a day. It only ever imports in the morning for any transactions the day before.
I also note it isn't importing full details of transactions like it used to. Is there a way that it can also import any attachments uploaded to Starling?

I am afraid this is dependant on the bank and we have no control on how often they update transactions. As for attachments. This is not possible I believe.

Any thoughts on this? It's as if the mapping is no longer importing all the information it used to?

I am afraid that this is more something that has changed on the bank end. The description we receive is sent at the banks discretion so we wouldn't really know why this has changed, though we are aware that this has been something that has changed in Starling feeds.
