MULTIPLE ERROR - Since 2days (NEED IMMEDIATE ACTION)

Dear Team,

We are experiencing multiple error in Clearbooks since yesterday - your immediate action is greatly appreciate. Example sending invoices, generating Data/ Statement of account & others.

Hi April,

​We are terribly sorry for this. This was caused due to a hardware failure over the weekend which we have since resolved. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and if you have any further issues, please do not hesitate to let us know.
