Bank statement import

My Starling bank account was linked to clear books and imported every night but it suddenly stopped importing on 28th April. I have tried deleting it and setting it up again but it still won't import. I have nearly 4 weeks of transactions missing so I desperately need to get it working again. Any ideas?

A ticket has been raised for a week but no fix yet. The ticket has now been escalated to the bank feed provider.

Hi Nicholas,

I understand. In that case there is little we can do at present. Once a ticket is escalated to the bank feed provider it is usually escalated to the bank itself and so can sometimes take time to resolve. I would urge you to be patient and understand that we will do all we can on our side to ensure this is fixed as soon as is possible.
