Mobile App won't Start

On starting the Mobile App I get the following error: "An unmanaged error happened launching the application. This is usually an error on our side. Please contact the support team if the error persists. (Error Code: 1943f7)

Hi Andrew,

Can I confirm which app version you are currently on, and if you have attempted to re-install the app?

Lastly, can I confirm if you are on Android or iOS?



I am on Version 1.7.3 on Android, which I updated over the weekend.

Uninstalling and reinstalling seems to have fixed the problem.
