Import payment against invoice

Hi! I create sales invoice and now try to import sales payment to this invoice but when i drop file it doesn't upload file is says uploading file but noting happening. the file has 6kb size it should be blink of the eye to get uploaded. Could you check your importing tool what is wrong with it?
