PLAID - SOMETHING WENT WRONG

HELLO

trying to reactivate my bank feed with with Plaid - Lloyds business. it keep saying 'something went wrong'

please advise

Can I ask you to delete and readd the feed? This normally corrects errors.

i was going to but then tried the add feed option and selected lloyds, then the same message... so don't think deleting the existing feed will make a difference...
