Attach causes crash

When I click "Attach" to attach a file to an expense I'm getting an yellow box with red error message

We are currently aware of this problem and our technical team are currently working on this.

This issue is now resolved but you may need to clear your browser's cache for the changes to take effect.

Please keep me posted if you still having problems
