Unable to create bank feed from Monzo account

Good morning - I have tried setting up bank feed for my Monzo account and went through the verification at least 3 times and altough the application confirmes all set up, Clearbooks its not setting it up. Please can you assist?

Hi Gabriela,

In this case, could you attempt this on an incognito window on Google Chrome? This will help us distinguish if it is a browser/ extension issue.

Please let me know if the issue persists?

In this case, when logged in, could you click the '?' at the top right hand corner and send us a message including your company name please?
