Amex transactions missing?

Anyone experience missing transactions from auto statements for Amex? Particularly on 24th Sep - 26th Sep. Randomly did not update some transactions that were expenses and refunds. Tried to upload CSV file but still not recognising refunds so had to manually create statement transactions. Just spent the last hour checking every amex transaction for August.

Hi Gordon,

Would it be possible to send in a redacted statement showing the missing transactions via the '?' icon at the top right > Send us a message.
