We have just noticed that our bank details seem to have disappeared from our invoice advice slips

Could you please send in an example invoice by clicking the ? at the top right > Send us a message.

Thanks for your reply....I can't see where you mean to send and example, I don't have anything in the top right?

Hi Tina,

When logged into your account, you must click the ? icon at the top right hand corner, then click Send us a message.
