Submitting my quarterly update for the propery section

Hi, I have just successfully submitted a quarterly update for my sole trader account and I want to do the same for my propery account but it says I am not signed up with MTD with HMRC for the property bit and yet when I then go to HMRC to sign up it says I already am.

This is what comes up:

Clear Books cannot access your MTD for Income Tax information

Please check that you are signed up to MTD for Income Tax with HMRC.

What should I do?

Hi Deborah,

Unfortunately, in this case, you will need to contact HMRC as they are not returning the property income source for the NI number you've inputted.

Hi Deborah,

I have noticed there could be a potential typo in your NI number, could you check your NI number is inputted correctly for the property account by heading into the MTD Setup?
