Bank Feed Not Working

Hello,
I bank with Santander and have only just realised that the account bank feed has not been connected since 3rd November.
I have deleted the bank feed and have tried to add it back on via scanning the QR code and also my banking app and Clearbooks is just going round in circles.
Please have a look into this and get back to me asap.
