HMRC thinks an old employee still works for me

An employee of mine left over a year ago and I processed her end of employment date in Clearbooks. But I have received a tax coding notice for her and HMRC thinks she still works for me. Can I fix the issue in Clearbooks? Or how do I tell HMRC? Thanks for your help and advice
