Hi Craig,

I have taken a look and can see you are on our Basic plan for MTD. To navigate through the system, you will need to head to the Dashboard, and click on the header of widget. For example, to raise cash payments, you will first need to add a cash account by clicking on Bank Accounts on the Dashboard > Click Add Bank Account > Select Cash Account.

Once completed, if you head back to the Dashboard > Click Manually Record Income, you can then fill in the details of the income and select the Cash account as the Paid Into bank account.

For the relevant guides for the Basic plan, you must click on the ? at the top right, then click View Guides.

Hi Tom. Ive just got home from work. I am trying to look at what you have mentioned but i do not understand about the "header of widget". I just have on the header a few options but nothing allows me to get started. All very new this to me. Havent worked in an office for 30 years :)
