Problem reported by Jem Sandford 4 weeks ago

The graph on my dashboard showing business income and expenses, with estimated tax payable has disappeared from my dashboard; please tell me how to find it again?

Hi Jem,

Apologies, the graph should now show correctly on the Dashboard.

Tommy

Hello Tommy, Thanks for your message but the graph is still not showing; it was a ribbon graph with turnover as a broad (blue?) ribbon on the left of the page, then splitting into various different business expenses streams (in red?) leaving the profit ribbon showing to the bottom right of the graph (coloured blue?).

Hi Jem,

As the new tax year has started, the dashboard graph will only show the tax estimate for this tax year. It appears you do not have any transactions for this current tax year yet.

Hello Tommy, Thank you for your message.

I would like to be able to access previous years/months for comparison etc, how do I do this?

Thank you, Jem

This table doesn’t seem to make sense, please would you explain.

After the Visa card account is repaid on 8th of the month the balance goes into credit for 5 days before returning to a negative balance. Surely it should be negative all the time, unless I were to pay exactly what is owed and then didn’t use the card again in which case it would go to nought.

Hi Jem,

Currently, it is not possible to view previous years/months for comparison. This has been logged as a feature request with our Product team.

I have also removed the screenshot to avoid sharing sensitive information on a public post. To assist you further, when logged in, could you click the ? icon at the top right > Send us a message where you can also attach the original screenshot.
