Free Clear Books for Sole Traders MTD

Hi there, I signed up for Free Clear Books for MTD in the UK, not for a free trial, but now it says on my account that my free trial has ended and I can only access the dashboard. Why is this, please?

Hi Kim,

I have taken a look and can see you have opened the incorrect account type. You have taken out a Full Accounting plan. In this case, you must head to the Building Icon (top right) > Settings > Close Business.

Once completed, you will need to add a new business and ensure you select the Sole Trader plan.
