Direct debit

Hi

I have set up a direct debit and it is saying it takes 10 days so can't access the programme at all. I could at first but need to submit soon and time is running out for me. I have also tried to pay on card with the long 12 digit numbers which it has accepted but it is still blocked

Hi Kevin,

It appears the original mandate had been cancelled, I can see you have now re-set up the Direct Debit.

I have unlocked the account for you whilst the DD clears.
